Description

American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray for a day shift assignment requiring 5+ years of experience and active NYS licensure with ARRT certification.

Details

• Radiology department in a community hospital setting
• Day shift, 8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Every 4th weekend required
• No on-call requirements
• Uses Epic EMR

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of current X-Ray experience required
• Active NYS license required at time of submission (license required if applicable)
• ARRT (R) certification required
• Current BLS certification (AHA) required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Level 1 trauma hospital experience strongly preferred
• Previous or current travel experience strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Permanent address must match driver's license or state ID
• Negative 14-panel drug screen required within 24 hours of offer acceptance

Additional Information

• Candidates residing in Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, or Washington counties, or within 50 miles of the facility, will be considered for this assignment
• Completion of Verbal De-escalation training (Welle or CPI) required for onboarding
• No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted, and RTO must be submitted prior to upload
• COVID vaccination strongly encouraged
