Qualifications Plumbing Carpentry Tile Electrical Drywall Paint Additional Qualifications Proper Equipment : Knowing which tools are needed for specific tasks (not necessarily owning all tools). Troubleshooting Skills : Quick thinker who can examine issues and resolve them promptly and professionally. Excellent Communication Skills : Effective communication with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers, and Commercial Customers. Presentable : Clean‑cut appearance, decent looking vehicle, organized tools. Assess property, communicate repair possibilities and potential work to customers. Earn customer confidence and inquire about additional work opportunities. Explain small fixes to customers to demonstrate capability for larger projects.
