HR Manager - Onsite Miami - Up to $120K

We're looking for an HR Manager to lead HR operations at a global retail brand in their corporate headquarters. This role will serve as a highly visible and trusted HR partner across the organization, and is heavily focused on employee relations, labor compliance, and immigration processes. 5 days onsite in Hialeah, FL. Up to $120K. Our client is an established global retail firm with headquarters in the Miami area. The organization maintains a collaborative, fast-paced culture with a strong emphasis on operational excellence, compliance, and employee engagement. This person will support both a primarily corporate, but also distribution employee population. Description Serve as the primary resource for employee relations, conducting investigations, resolving conflicts, and promoting a fair and inclusive workplace Lead and standardize core HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and HR audits Manage end-to-end immigration processes, including H-1B visas and employment-based sponsorships in partnership with external counsel Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws; maintain accurate employee records and update policies accordingly Partner with leadership to proactively identify and mitigate workplace risks and compliance gaps Administer benefits and support ongoing HR programs that enhance employee experience and retention Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, balancing business needs with compliance and employee advocacy Onsite 5 days in Hialeah, FL Profile 4+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations and compliance Demonstrated expertise handling complex employee relations issues and conducting workplace investigations Hands‑on experience managing H-1B visa processes and broader employment‑based immigration workflows (required) Background supporting both corporate and operational/warehouse environments preferred Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and regulatory compliance requirements Adaptable and culturally competent, with the ability to build trust across diverse employee populations Job Offer Competitive salary up to $120K base.
