The Warehouse Associate II is accountable, under direct supervision, to fill customer order requirements with strong team coordination and follow-through abilities to complete the full cycle of receiving, stock put away, picking, packing, stocking, documenting, and shipping customized orders, accurately and expeditiously. This fast-paced position consistently requires a high volume of productivity; with strong attention to detail to variances in product identification; ability to accurately understand and follow written specifications; perform data entry; and follow customized requirements, with trained knowledge of quality standards, and customer specifications.Key Activities:Receive material from vendors and enter data in computerCount and record material to ensure accuracyPull or stock materials using Radio Frequency (RF) scanning system, as requiredUtilize scale to weigh and/or hand count product per warehouse/customer specificationsUtilize label printer to prepare labels as requiredReturn remaining product to proper locationAbout Role:Learn, maintain, and apply accurate knowledge and understanding of Incora Warehouse work instructions, policies, and procedures in all work practices and decisionsCount, bag, and label per warehouse/customer requirementsPackage and prepare material for shipmentUtilize carrier and third-party shipping system to ship productPerform timely cycle counts and inventory audits to support an accurate inventory management systemCompose paperwork/correspondence, analyze, troubleshoot, and reconcile inventory discrepanciesMeet established standards for quality and productivity, including but not limited to: on-time delivery percentage and customer acceptance ratesFollow safety regulations in all work processes promoting a safe and hazard free work environmentUtilize pallet jacks, drum dollies, drive forklifts, and/or order picker, when trained/certifiedAttend regular and impromptu departmental meetings and company training, as requiredFollow established work procedures to assure compliance with all Federal, State, and Local regulatory agencies including OSHA, FAR, EPA, DOT, and RCRA requirementsObtain cross-training to assist in other Warehouse functions, as neededAbout you:High School Diploma or GED RequiredForklift certification training and current forklift license, is preferred1-2 years general warehousing, inventory control, and/or shipping experience preferredStrong verbal and written communication skills demonstrated in professional daily interaction with internal and/or external customers as requiredAbility to be alert and aware of warehouse safety issues and safeguardsAbility to work well within a team environment and independently, as needed Ability to be detailed oriented and perform basic research, if required.Ability to learn and gain knowledge of the integrated database systems, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, as needed Understanding of DOT and EPA guidelines for transporting hazardous materials, as requiredEmployees must be able to prove compliance with ITAR requirements; and where applicable must be able to meet FAR requirements for security clearance.Driving responsibilities for delivery & pickup supplies.*****Drivers licensed required*******Most importantly you will be passionate about our Incora Values and exceeding customer expectations.Courage Take ownership for issues and problems.Collaboration Share knowledge and experience with othersCommitment – Focus on ensuring internal and external customer expectations is met in a timely way.Community – We value our world and everyone who shares it.What Incora can offer you:An exciting package that includes great salary and benefits you would expect from a growing ambitious company, a chance to work in a first-class brand-new environment but most importantly we will offer you the chance to become part of our Incora story.We want you to share in the success of Incora, so every employee is eligible for one of our incentive's programs.Full-Time Non-Exempt employees receive up to 80 hours of Vacation per year, increasing with length of service.
