Part-Time Medical Assistant

Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a PART TIME Medical Assistant for a busy medical practice located in Raleigh.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

Must be willing to assist with front desk duties on an as needed basis.

Schedule:

Monday - Wednesday: 8am to 1pm

Thursday: afternoon coverage, flexible on shift hours

Pay: $18/hour

Job Duties:

- Meets and greets patients;

- Obtains appropriate patient information and medical history

- Accurately completes and documents patient medical and physical histories and other related items in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR);

- Records vital signs;

- Prepares and maintains examination/treatment rooms, including inventory of supplies and equipment;

Qualifications:

- CMA/RMA certification not required

- 1 + years Medical Assistant experience

- Dependable and must have a positive attitude
