Responsibilities Assist with manager duties including timesheet approvals and evaluations of team members. Assist with training and daily skill learning for team members when needed. Represent the manager in meetings when the manager or other senior supervisor cannot attend. Maintain knowledge‑base articles and ensure they are up‑to‑date, disseminating information to the team to assist with ticket closing. Support technicians in improving productivity when they are not meeting standard performance levels. What You’ll Need to Succeed Education: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science. Experience: 5+ years of related experience. Security clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph. US citizenship required. Role Requirements Work with customer technology and support requirements. Work with the technology industry. Possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members, all levels of management within the company, and the client. The likely salary range for this position is $110,500 - $149,500. Salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and may fall outside of this range.
