The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Leader to support daily Donation Center Operations while helping lead a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. In this role, you'll oversee donation flow, support team operations, and help ensure donors have a positive and welcoming experience.
What You'll Do
- Support daily donation center operations to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient environment
- Lead by example by delivering outstanding donor and customer service
- Receive, organize, and oversee handling of donated items
- Help maintain smooth operational flow for wares and textiles
- Maintain accurate donor logs and provide donation receipts when needed
- Assist with training and supporting team members
- Ensure safety standards, operational procedures, and company policies are followed
- Collaborate with transportation and store teams to support productivity and operational goals
- Support loss prevention, safety checks, and overall donation center organization

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (retail preferred)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation and commitment to a drug-free workplace
- Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs. regularly
