Educate patients on insurance coverage for treatment and financial responsibilities and options.
Schedule appointments and follow-ups to ensure seamless patient flow.
Communicate effectively with dental staff to optimize patient care and service delivery.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
Assist with insurance verification and billing inquiries to facilitate patient understanding.
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction and retention.
Stay updated on dental procedures and insurance policies to better assist patients.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience as a DENTAL treatment coordinator or DENTAL office manager with DENTRIX.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Knowledge of dental terminology and treatment procedures is advantageous.
