Tillamook County's Human Resources Department seeks an HR Assistant to support daily operations under the Human Resources and Risk Management Director. The role is 40 hours weekly, Monday–Friday, on-site, with potential for a part-time schedule. The assistant processes documents, maintains personnel records, prepares routine reports, and assists with onboarding, benefits, recruitment, and retirement activities.
