Inventory Specialist

Copart, Inc. – a leading technology company, runs the premier online vehicle auction platform worldwide, linking sellers to over 750,000 buyers in more than 190 countries. The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for the inventory of all vehicles at the facility within company timelines. Using company‑provided tools, the specialist documents vehicle condition to company standards, including complete inventories and supporting photographs of each vehicle. Additionally, the specialist directs traffic flow in the receiving area to ensure timely processing of vehicle inventory and provides solutions to meet customer needs by applying a thorough understanding of Copart policy. Responsibilities Monitor, maintain, and organize the receiving area. Operate camera and use a handheld inventory device to process incoming vehicles. Determine operational capability of motor vehicles. Complete vehicle inspection inventories (TLEs) on required vehicles. Maintain inventory of all materials used. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Experience Must be 18 years or older. Ability to work outdoors in all seasons. General automotive knowledge/mechanical aptitude preferred. Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate handheld devices preferred. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a team environment. Driver's license preferred. Bilingual skill a plus. Pay: $18.00 – $20.29 per hour.
