What You'll Do

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll help create an exceptional service experience by:

• Greeting customers and building lasting relationships
• Listening to customer concerns and recommending appropriate services
• Explaining repairs in clear, easy-to-understand language
• Preparing estimates and communicating repair options
• Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process
• Coordinating with technicians to ensure repairs stay on schedule
• Delivering vehicles with confidence and professionalism
• Helping maintain an organized, efficient front office
