Your Role Supervise daily operations of the Waterpark Guest Admissions team to ensure efficient guest entry and ticketing operations Lead, coach, and motivate Curators to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational standards Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner Monitor guest flow, wait times, and operational efficiency throughout the admissions areas Ensure all admission procedures, wristband distribution, cash handling, and ticket validation processes are followed accurately Assist with staffing coverage, shift assignments, breaks, and operational support during high‑volume periods Support onboarding and training efforts for new Curators within the Admissions Department Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards throughout all guest‑facing admission areas Work collaboratively with Waterpark Operations, Security, Retail, and Guest Services teams to ensure a seamless guest experience Assist leadership with operational reporting, incident documentation, and guest recovery opportunities as needed Ensure compliance with resort safety standards, policies, and operational procedures Promote a positive, engaging, and team‑oriented work environment that aligns with the OKANA culture What Are We Looking For? Previous leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality, attractions, admissions, retail, entertainment, or guest services preferred Strong guest service and communication skills with an engaging and professional personality Ability to lead in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment while maintaining composure and professionalism Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem‑solving abilities Ability to work collaboratively with multiple operational departments Basic computer and cash handling experience preferred Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 25 lbs. when needed Flexible availability to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak operational periods Passion for creating memorable guest experiences and supporting team success within a resort environment Compensation $ Equal Opportunity Employer Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
