ED Patient Navigator - Hepatitis B/C & HIV Testing
CarePoint Health
Hudson Regional Health, part of the CarePoint Health network, seeks a Patient Navigator to support hepatitis C, B, and HIV testing in the emergency department. The role uses USPSTF criteria to identify candidates and facilitates testing and follow-up within our hospital system. Education includes an associate degree in healthcare or public health, or Medical Assistant with relevant experience.
