Communications Specialist

Supporting a dynamic marketing and social media team, the contract Communications Specialist will plan and execute influencer campaigns for a major gaming franchise, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize creator relationships and community engagement while working remotely. Key responsibilities Support planning and execution of influencer campaigns aligned with franchise strategy and major cultural moments Manage day-to-day influencer program operations, including outreach, contracting, and ongoing communications Track and interpret influencer campaign performance, contributing to reporting dashboards and optimizing future activations Required qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships At least 3 years of experience within the gaming sector or at a major game publisher Minimum of 2 years in a dedicated influencer marketing role Strong knowledge of the Minecraft creator ecosystem and familiarity with various creator platforms Proven ability to manage multiple creator workstreams and deliverables simultaneously
