Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to become a part of our team! The Senior Litigation Paralegal will be managing the highest value cases in the firm, including categories such as commercial, wrongful death, and other high priority cases. This candidate should be organized, professional, responsible, capable of working with limited supervision, and committed to helping us meet all our clients' needs. This person must be a team player with a friendly attitude, self-motivated, and able to keep up at a fast pace. Personal Injury Paralegal experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Experience in preparing legal documents such as pleadings and motions
- Proficiency in conducting document reviews and ensuring legal accuracy of filings
- Strong skills in legal research and familiarity with court procedures
- A strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Previous experience in personal injury law or litigation
