Registered Client Service Associate

Primary Duties

Serve as a point of contact for an assigned book of client households
Pro-actively communicate with clients to maintain relationships and provide the highest level of service
Support a lead advisor with client and prospect meetings on topics such as financial planning updates, life-events and transitions, and investment updates
Coordinate internally across our planning, tax, and investment teams to deliver a seamless client experience
Maintain rigorous documentation and follow-through in Salesforce, our primary CRM
For those interested, you will be provided the tools and resources to pass the CFP® examination (not required)

Qualifications

5+ years of client-facing experience in wealth management or financial planning (required)
FINRA licensing (required)
High ownership mentality - you follow through, you communicate proactively, and clients notice
Comfortable operating in a structured, process-oriented environment
Proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM (preferred)
