As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, clear communication, and timely reporting while supporting Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, people-first culture built on teamwork and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, entry points, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor, contractor, and delivery activity; verify credentials and direct individuals according to site requirements.
• Document patrols, incidents, and unusual observations accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
