Retail Sales Associate - Part Time

Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities. * Sales & Metrics Mindedness - Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics. * Inventory Management & Store Operations - Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point of sale procedures, loss prevention policies ensuring proper financial management. Keep store operations running smoothly. * Process Orientation & Safety Compliance - Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Follow company safety policies and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a secure work environment. * Product Knowledge - Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems. * Diagnostics Support - Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions. What We're Looking For * Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old to apply. * Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise. * Flexible Schedule: Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
