Are you a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) looking for flexible live-in opportunities with a premier home care agency? Affirmed Home Care is actively seeking experienced Live-In HHAs and Drivers to care for valued clients throughout Nassau County, including towns in Glen Cove, Sea Cliff and Oyster Bay.

Whether you're looking for a 3, 4, 5-day live-in, or weekend-only live-in schedule, we have opportunities to match your availability.

Have another HHA looking for work? Refer them and split a live-in case together! It's a great opportunity to coordinate schedules with someone you trust while both earning competitive pay.

Responsibilities Include:

Personal care assistance

Medication reminders

Light housekeeping

Meal preparation

Meaningful companionship

Transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities (for driver positions)

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of HHA experience

Valid NYS HHA Certificate

Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Clean driving record preferred

Physical exam (within 1 year)

PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)

MMR immunizations (within 10 years)
