Bill Rate: $32-$36/HR Schedule: Wed - Mon 9pm - 6am Location: 627 Hazel St. Glendale, CA
Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances: Working within an office campus Initial week of training will be during day shift Team Overview: Will work with a small team of other engineers Resource's typical working day: Minor work requests On-site to handle - HVAC work - Minor electrical work - Minor Plumbing work
Licenses/Certifications: n/a Must Have Skills: Ability to email nightly reports Basic HVAC knowledge Basic Electrical knowledge Basic plumbing knowledge Nice to have skills: Troubleshooting HVAC and Electrical issues Troubleshooting computer units Years of Experience: 5-9 years Education h.s. diploma, trade school preferred Software skills: Microsoft Outlook
Interview Process: 1 interview with H.M. May be on-site or virtual About the Role: As a Building Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and repairing building system operations and the performance of various areas including plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling.
