Operations Coordinator - Equipment Services

As an Operations Coordinator - Equipment Services with Victory Equipment & Services, you will play a critical role in supporting the safety, compliance, and operational performance of a fleet of more than 5,000 trailers and chassis across North America. Acting as the primary point of contact for maintenance, repair, and inspection-related matters, you will partner with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure fleet assets remain roadworthy, compliant, and available for service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer maintenance, repair, inspection, and roadside service requests across a fleet of 5,000+ trailers and chassis
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve equipment issues, minimize downtime, and maximize asset utilization
• Build and maintain strong relationships with maintenance providers, repair facilities, and inspection partners to ensure timely and cost-effective service
• Assist customers in developing preventive maintenance schedules and maintaining compliance with DOT and regulatory requirements
• Manage fleet records, maintenance histories, inspections, and asset documentation while conducting regular audits to ensure data accuracy
• Support trailer damage claims by coordinating inspections, gathering documentation, and communicating with stakeholders throughout the process
• Review and approve maintenance invoices to ensure billing accuracy, cost control, and compliance with company standards
• Partner with Rental Operations, Customer Support, and Escalations teams to deliver exceptional service and drive continuous improvement initiatives
