Location : North Phoenix (Carefree Highway / I-17 area), 100% onsite

Type: 1-Year Contract | Full-Time, Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM | W2 Only

Start: Late August 2026 (pending interview and onboarding)

About the Role

SunSoft Online is recruiting a Level 1 Service Desk Analyst for a state agency in north Phoenix. You will provide day-to-day technical support to internal and external clients in a fast-paced environment managed with ITIL methodology, a great seat for someone with strong customer service instincts and growing technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for inbound incidents and service requests from internal and external end users
  
• Answer inbound phone calls and manage the technical support email inbox
  
• Respond professionally to calls, emails, chats, and voicemails
  
• Own customer support needs end to end with timely, reliable, courteous service
  
• Help develop and improve work instructions, procedures, standards, and documentation
  
• Keep skills current to meet established service levels
  
• Share feedback and insights gained from customer interactions
  

Required

• Customer support experience: answering client calls, active listening, adapting to different personalities
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written
  
• Strong organization, time management, multi-tasking, and follow-through
  
• Exceptional attendance and a team-oriented, problem-solving approach
  

Preferred

• Experience in an IT environment or end-user support role
  
• Remote troubleshooting of networking, server, and desktop incidents
  
• Google Workspace / Gmail experience
  
• Incident management and service request process familiarity
  
• Technical writing; PC hardware and software knowledge
