Responsibilities:

Administer respiratory care and treatment to patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders
Monitor patient responses to treatments and adjust as necessary
Conduct diagnostic testing (e.g., ABG analysis, pulmonary function tests)
Work closely with physicians and medical teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and treatment options
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations

Qualifications:

Current Respiratory Therapist (RT) licensure in the state of Indiana
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification preferred
Experience in acute care, ICU, or emergency settings preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
