Job Summary Havel is looking for a Service Dispatch Administrative Assistant in Fort Wayne, IN. In this position you will be responsible for answering phones for dispatch and scheduling services. #havel # Shambaugh #LI-DF #LI-Onsite Essential Duties & Responsibilities Maintain a positive and productive working relationship with Dispatch Manager, Operations Managers and Field Technicians Answering Incoming Phones Work with Dispatch Manager to schedule service calls and planned preventative maintenance Update customers on status of services calls and preventative maintenance requests Create/Maintain tickets using internal Dispatch Board Maintain Weekly On -Schedule for Field Technicians Enter Backflows inspections into Cross Connection Database Data Entry of Purchase Orders into Truline Call vendors to track down missing invoices Run Monthly reports for Operations Managers as needed Other duties assigned Qualifications Background experience in administrative duties and customer service preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint iSeries, AS400, or Truline experience is preferred Self-starter and attention to detail Possess a willingness to learn and ability to work well with others Good written, phone skills, and oral communication skills are essential to the job Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required Equal Opportunity Employer As a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
