We are looking for a caring, dependable Licensed Massage Therapist who is passionate about providing customized, therapeutic bodywork in a supportive team environment.

• Competitive base pay of $25–$30 per service hour, based on experience

• Therapists at our Ardmore clinic currently average approximately $28 in tips per 60-minute service, bringing typical earnings to approximately $53–$58 per booked service hour. Tips and total earnings vary.

Qualified Candidates

• Hold an active Pennsylvania massage therapy license

• Have completed at least 500 hours of massage therapy education

• Are passionate about helping clients improve their health and wellness

• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members

• Provide dependable, high-quality care

• Customize sessions based on each client’s needs and goals

• Are interested in continuing education and learning additional services such as Total Body Stretch and Rapid Tension Relief

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide professional, customized, and therapeutic massage services

• Consult with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and wellness goals

• Set clear expectations before each service and communicate throughout the session regarding pressure and comfort

• Maintain accurate service notes and follow all safety, sanitation, and professional standards

• Recommend appropriate follow-up visits, enhancements, and additional services

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully prepared treatment room

• Work closely with the front desk and leadership team to provide a positive client experience

• Attend required training and team meetings

• Maintain all licensing and continuing education requirements

Job Type & Schedule

• Full-time and part-time positions available

• Day, evening, and weekend shifts available

• Schedule is based on therapist availability and clinic needs
