Mobile Maintenance Technician

Operational Autonomy This position covers a two-hour service radius centered around Lexington, Kentucky, with the primary workload located within the city. To facilitate your daily tasks, you will be provided with a company vehicle and a full set of necessary tools. You will function as an independent contributor, managing your own workflow and site visits. Daily Responsibilities Replace air filters to ensure optimal system performance. Perform routine maintenance on HVAC units to keep them running efficiently. Conduct site surveys to assess facility conditions. Troubleshoot and resolve temperature regulation issues for occupants. Coordinate effectively with property managers and bank personnel. Execute all scheduled preventative maintenance tasks. Complete required weekly and quarterly maintenance checklists. Perform thorough visual site inspections during every visit. Handle general plumbing repairs as needed. Address basic electrical maintenance requirements. Complete minor carpentry tasks to maintain facility integrity. Perform touch-up painting and wall patching to keep spaces looking professional. Required Credentials CFC (EPA) Certification is mandatory for this role. Additional certifications in areas such as electrical, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, process controls, power transmissions, painting, plumbing, carpentry, or engine repair are considered advantageous. Essential Qualifications Must be comfortable performing tasks on rooftop HVAC units. Preferred Experience Prior experience working with commercial HVAC systems is highly desirable. Professional Attributes Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions. Demonstrate strong customer service capabilities. Utilize clear and effective written and verbal communication skills. Experience and Education Candidates should possess 1-2 years of relevant experience. A high school diploma or GED is required, while completion of a trade school program is viewed as a positive asset. Technology You will be equipped with a tablet and an iPhone to manage your daily work orders and communication. Selection Process Initial telephone screening interview.
