Attendant Technician - Coilers

REPORTS TO:

Department AR Shift Coach Qualifications Must have a good understanding of the following skills or be pursuing them through formal inside or outside education. Safety Procedures and Programs.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good math and computer skills. Must be multiple tasks oriented. Must be able to use critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment to make sound decisions. Must be able to solve problems using Continuous Improvement tools and techniques. Elevate the processes using the tools and techniques of Continuous Improvement. Primary Duties Operate 3-4 coilers simultaneously producing an acceptable coil meeting or exceeding the minimum acceptable level of output. Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformity related to product, process and the system. Conduct Quality checks to identify and record any problems relating to the product, process, and the quality system. Initiate, recommend, or provide suggestions to improve the product or process. Identify and control nonconforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected. Responsibilities Safety Understand and comply with all safety rules. Understand and comply with all OSHA regulations and programs. Report all accidents, no matter how minor, immediately. Report any unsafe conditions in the work area.
