Job Overview RWJBH is seeking a full-time night Advanced Practice Provider for our Surgical/ Trauma ICU at the New Brunswick Campus. Licenses And Certifications APNs NJ APN License RN License NP Certification PAs PA license NCCPA certification CDS required DEA required RN required BLS required ACLS required Qualifications Graduate of an Acute Care NP program or graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program Skills with procedures such as central line placement, arterial line placement and chest tube placement are preferable 2-6 years of surgical critical care/ Trauma experience preferred Experience with POCUS and ultrasound placement of lines is also preferred Must be able to work autonomously and be willing to provide support to surgical residency program Will consider graduates of critical care APP fellowships or residency who can demonstrate proficiency in procedures Essential Functions Candidate should possess effective time management and critical care skills Must be able to adapt and adjust to a large volume acute patient population This is a night time role only and works in collaboration with the acute care surgical residency to provide high level care for post trauma and surgical patients #J-18808-Ljbffr BRISTOL MYERS SQUIBB CHILDRENS HOSPITAL
