The Line Cook prepares ingredients, sets up cooking stations, and cooks menu items according to established recipes and food safety standards. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that all orders are completed accurately and delivered to guests in a timely manner.

• Station Setup: Set up and stock cooking stations with all necessary supplies and ingredients before service begins.
• Food Preparation: Prep ingredients by washing, chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing basic sauces.
• Cooking: Execute menu items by sautéing in wok and frying according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Sanitation: Clean and sanitize work areas, cooking surfaces, utensils, and equipment throughout and at the end of the shift.
• Inventory Control: Monitor product freshness, rotate inventory using the FIFO method, and notify the chef of expected shortages.
• Waste Minimization: Adhere to strict portion sizes and storage guidelines to minimize food waste.
• Compliance: Follow all local food safety regulations, sanitation laws, and kitchen safety protocols.
