Patient Concierge & Front Desk Specialist

Firelands Health is seeking an Administrative Associate to greet patients, handle calls, schedule appointments and verify insurance information. You will assist with billing tasks, referrals, and maintain patient records with accuracy in a busy ambulatory setting.
The role requires CPR certification, strong MS Office skills and experience in a medical ambulatory environment. A 90‑day introductory period applies and commuting to multiple sites may be required.
