Our team balances business strategy, technology, creativity, and ongoing managed services to solve the biggest problems that affect customers, partners, constituents, and the workforce.Work You’ll DoAs a Senior Consultant, Functional Transformation (Salesforce Functional Lead) you will:Lead Salesforce product development from discovery through delivery, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned to client business needs.Engage end customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, document user stories, and define clear acceptance criteria.Prioritize the backlog with the Product Owner based on business value, delivery urgency, dependencies, and security considerations.Serve as Scrum Master for two-week sprints by facilitating planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.Provide leadership to the development team by removing blockers, managing risks, coordinating dependencies, and driving accountability.Document accomplishments and deliverables for clients through sprint summaries, status reports, demos, release notes, and UAT support.The successful candidate would possess these skills:Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to provide clear guidance to others The TeamDeloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes – is designed for impact. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
