Staff RN – Nursing

Schedule: 7 PM - 7:30 AM

Assignment Details:

• Contract Weeks: 13
• Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements:

• Valid license to practice in the state
• CPR certification required
• Previous Registered Nursing experience preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients according to the nursing process.
• Provide education for patients and their families throughout the admission and discharge process.
• Document nursing process and pathway clearly, accurately, and legibly.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately, following physician orders.
• Notify physicians of relevant observations and changes in patient status.
• Ensure availability of equipment and supplies for patient care, reporting any malfunctions to the appropriate department.

Compliance / Notes:

• Physical capacity demands involve exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently.
• The position may require frequent patient handling activity.
