Senior Project Manager

Senior Construction Project Manager Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ground-up construction , particularly involving structural steel and concrete , and a proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget. Travel is minimal, allowing the Project Manager to remain closely connected to projects and local operations. Key Responsibilities Manage ground-up construction projects from planning through completion. Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, contracts, and resource allocation. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel to ensure successful project execution. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget objectives. Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies. Review and approve subcontractor scopes, change orders, invoices, and project documentation. Utilize construction technology and project management software to track performance and streamline communication. Mentor project teams and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business , or a related field. 10 years of construction project management experience. Strong experience managing steel and concrete construction projects . Proven success leading ground-up commercial construction projects . Hands-on management style with a strong understanding of field operations. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with construction management software and technology platforms. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary of $125,000 - $150,000 , depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits package.
