Position Summary


We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ground-up construction , particularly involving structural steel and concrete , and a proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ground-up construction projects from planning through completion.
• Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, contracts, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget objectives.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies.
• Review and approve subcontractor scopes, change orders, invoices, and project documentation.
• Utilize construction technology and project management software to track performance and streamline communication.
• Mentor project teams and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business , or a related field.
• 10 years of construction project management experience.
• Strong experience managing steel and concrete construction projects .
• Proven success leading ground-up commercial construction projects .
• Hands-on management style with a strong understanding of field operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and technology platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary of $125,000 - $150,000 , depending on experience.
