\n \nWildcat, part of The Fedcap Group, is seeking a hands-on Janitorial Supervisor to lead custodial teams supporting New York City's Department of Homeless Services (DHS) shelter facilities.
\nThis is an opportunity to put your leadership skills and commercial cleaning expertise to work in an environment where cleanliness, safety, professionalism, and service truly matter.
\nWe're looking for someone who doesn't just supervise the work—but knows how to lead by example, coach employees, solve problems, and build a team that takes pride in delivering results.

- Promote safe chemical handling, proper equipment use, and workplace safety practices. \n
Build Strong Customer Partnerships
\n- \n
- Serve as a key point of contact for DHS site leadership. \n
- Respond professionally to service concerns and operational needs. \n
- Build positive working relationships with employees, site personnel, and stakeholders. \n
What We're Looking For

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. \n
- Valid U.S. driver's license preferred. \n
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. \n
The right fit: A hands-on leader with a strong background in commercial cleaning and custodial operations—not someone whose primary experience is in HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, or residential building repairs.

\n- \n
- 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM \n
