What You’ll DoAs a Job Coach, you’ll work one-on-one with individuals, supporting them as they learn, grow, and succeed in real workplace settings.
You will:
- Coach and teach job tasks in a supportive, hands-on way
- Break down tasks into simple, achievable steps
- Help build workplace habits and life skills that promote independence
- Encourage confidence, growth, and problem-solving
- Support clients in community-based job settings
- Transport clients as needed
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- State-required auto insurance
- Make a meaningful difference every single day
- Help individuals achieve independence and success
- Be part of something bigger than yourself

- Approachable, hands-on leadership
- Person-centered approach (no one-size-fits-all care)
