We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Navigator to support our Riley Maternity Services unit . This role offers a flexible work schedule, with four 10-hour shifts allowing for a hybrid-remote setup (two days in the office and two days virtual, based on business needs). Partner with patients and their primary physicians to create customized care plans tailored to individual needs and preferences. Oversee care for fetal interventions and initiate appropriate post-operative follow-up scan schedules while providing follow-up calls to patients. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other health professionals to ensure timely delivery of appropriate tests and treatments. Advocate for patients, balancing care needs with financial considerations to facilitate efficient and effective treatment outcomes. Qualifications: Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN). Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred. Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license. Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. 3-5 years of experience preferred. Obstetrics experience preferred. Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies. Specialty certifications may be required per unit/department specialty in accordance with the department provision of care. Requires knowledge of personal computers using various types of word processing and database software. Requires clinical work experience, medical terminology.
