Senior Product Designer

This person is versatile, systems-minded, and thrives in a high-velocity environment—iterating fast while upholding pixel-perfect quality and user-centered rigor. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end product design for client projects: discovery workshops, user research, information architecture, interaction design, high-fidelity UI, and design systems. Translate complex business requirements and user needs into clear, scalable design solutions for web, iOS, and Android platforms. Build interactive prototypes (Figma) to validate concepts with users and stakeholders; bonus for Framer, Webflow, or micro-interactions via Lottie/GSAP. Partner with engineering to ensure feasible, performant implementation and iterate post-launch based on data and feedback. Present design rationale to clients with confidence, backed by research, metrics, and storytelling. Create and maintain reusable component libraries and design tokens that scale across products and brands. What We’re Looking For Experience : Proven experience in product design, ideally in a creative agency or startup environment. A strong portfolio showcasing product design work, mobile and/or web, is required. Creative Vision : A sharp eye for craft and a strategic mind to balance usability, accessibility, and business goals. Multitasker : Ability to juggle concurrent projects with overlapping deadlines while maintaining high-quality output. Communication : Clear, confident, and collaborative in presenting ideas, receiving feedback, and aligning with stakeholders. Organization & Detail : Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring pixel-perfect designs and adherence to brand guidelines. Workflow Understanding : Deep knowledge of product development lifecycles and how design integrates with PMs, engineers, and QA. Extreme Ownership Mentality : Proactive, resourceful, and relentless in delivering exceptional design work. AI Forward : You are open to using AI tools and have experimented with tools as part of your creative process Sense of Humor : A lighthearted, positive attitude that contributes to our culture of fun and creativity.
