Job Details Job Location: Blackwood, NJ 08012. Position Type: Per Diem. Salary Range: $18.00 - $18.50 hourly. Job Shift: to be determined. Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Per-Diem Residential Shift. P.I.L.O.T. Services | Where Every Day is a New Adventure What You’ll Do As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide hands‑on support while helping individuals live active, meaningful lives. Key Responsibilities Provide daily support and supervision to adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities Assist with personal care and promote independence in daily living skills Transport individuals to community outings, appointments, and recreational activities Plan and participate in engaging activities such as arts & crafts, cooking, games, and outings Support community involvement through volunteering, shopping trips, and social events Maintain accurate daily documentation using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system Collaborate with team members to create a safe, positive, and engaging environment What a Typical Day Looks Like No two days are the same.
