Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs within the school setting
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy and interventions tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed, advocating for the needs and goals of each student
