Icertis Technical Consultant Lead

Job Summary (List Format) – Icertis Technical Consultant Lead- Remote Lead full lifecycle implementation of Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions, including technical extensions and data migration. Design, configure, and customize Icertis CLM for both buy-side and sell-side contracting processes. Develop and deploy custom rule logic and system extensions using C#/.NET, JavaScript, and Icertis APIs. Integrate Icertis with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, Billing) to enable seamless business processes. Oversee and execute data migration from legacy platforms to Icertis, ensuring accuracy and data integrity. Configure contract workflows, approval hierarchies, clause libraries, and metadata models within Icertis. Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME), bridging legal/business requirements and technical execution. Collaborate with Legal, Sales Operations, Finance, and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Provide technical leadership and functional consulting on Icertis platform best practices. Support Agile delivery through system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and reporting. Ensure contract-to-revenue traceability and compliance throughout the contract lifecycle. Mentor and guide junior consultants and project team members as needed.
