Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 18 months of combined experience in the specialty applying for. License: Permanent Ohio license or compact license required in hand at the time of submission. Certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, & PALS certifications required. TNCC certification preferred. Must-Have: - Must have 18 months of recent Emergency Room experience. - Travel experience will suffice. - ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments required during orientation, with acceptable scores necessary for continued employment. - Must be nicotine-free unless exempt. - Must pass a negative 10 Panel + Nicotine drug screen within 12 months of start. Description: Seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. The position involves providing critical care and support to patients in an emergency setting. Candidates must possess strong assessment and clinical skills. Experience in a high-volume ER is necessary, ideally with experience in trauma care. Teamwork and the ability to communicate effectively are essential. Flexibility to work at least every other holiday is required. References from a manager or supervisor in the specialty applying for are also required. All required certifications must be active and in hand at the time of application submission.
