About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join their executive team. The CRO will be a visionary, metrics-driven leader responsible for scaling the organization and developing innovative sales strategies to drive significant growth. This role demands a dynamic individual who can not only conceptualize the big picture but also lead by example, actively engaging in the sales process. The successful candidate will be tasked with building and nurturing a high-performing sales and customer success team, with a focus on strategic hiring, personalized guidance, and continuous coaching. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CRO will have full ownership of the sales and customer success functions and will work closely with the CEO to forecast and report in a manner that resonates with the board and investors. The ideal CRO for the company will have a proven track record in sales, sales operations, forecasting, and analytics, particularly within the education sector and K-12 sales cycles. They should possess a deep understanding of the industry and a commitment to accountability, collaboration, and values-based leadership. The role requires an individual who can inspire and achieve exceptional results, leading the organization to new heights in the delivery of educational services and products. The candidate should be a dynamic leader capable of building unstoppable teams and igniting passion within the organization.
