About the Role Jersey Mike's Subs is hiring Crew Members in Point Pleasant, NJ. The role focuses on preparing high‑quality subs, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities Create food consistent with Jersey Mike's high quality standards. Maintain a clean restaurant that exceeds industry standards. Work in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment. Multitask and work efficiently with a sense of urgency. Interface with customers to provide an exceptional experience. Apply a full understanding of accountability and transparency in all tasks. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred: 1 year QSR (Quick‑Serve Restaurant) experience. Must be 18 years of age or older to operate the slicer. Serve Safe Certification – Food Handler. Reliable transportation. Key Competencies Excellent menu and product knowledge. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Desire for continuous personal and skill development. Commitment to participate in all training programs.
