Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Inside Sales Representative who excels in customer service and has a flair for community engagement. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as this position involves interacting with clients via email, text, phone, and in-person. Learning our brand will be equally as important as learning our inventory and as you do, you will attend community and industry events to represent our company, develop relationships and ensure that our company is the first to come to mind when people think events and tents in Oregon! 

Responsibilities

·      Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

·      Oversee account management, building and maintaining relationships with clients.

·      Engage with the community to promote Special Occasions' services and build brand awareness.

·      Foster relationships with businesses and organizations to expand our client base.

·      Work closely with the team to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to community engagement.

Qualifications

·      Exceptional customer service skills.

·      Strong attention to detail.

·      Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

·      Basic computer skills and proficiency in commonly used software.

·      Experience with, or a strong aptitude for, community engagement.

·      Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
