**Sign-On Bonus:

**$4,000 paid in increments: $1,000 after 90 days, 180 days, 270 days, and 360 daysShift Schedule: Rotating 24/7 shifts

**1st Shift:

**Sat–Fri, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (off Sat–Tue)¨NBSP;

**2nd Shift:

**Fri–Thu, 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM (off Fri)

**3rd Shift:

**Wed–Tue, 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM (off Wed–Thu)

**Position Summary:

**

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex electrical, electronic, pneumatic, combustion, and instrumentation systems. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical theory, safety practices, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, rotating-shift environment.

**Key Responsibilities:

**

• Install, maintain, modify, calibrate, and repair electrical instrumentation, equipment, and control systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair Allen-Bradley PLCs, AC/DC drives and motors (up to 4160V), 4-20mA circuits, power generators, transformers, servos, variable frequency drives, lighting, and Yokogawa DCS systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and electrical testing using standard testing equipment.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, system diagrams, and electrical/mechanical drawings.
• Bend, install, pull, and terminate various types of conduit and wiring.
• Assist in training maintenance personnel and communicate effectively across shifts and departments.
• Utilize CMMS for work orders, spare parts identification, and purchase requisitions.
• Ensure workplace safety, housekeeping, and compliance with quality standards.
• Respond to emergency equipment shutdowns and secure machinery when needed.** **

**Qualifications & Skills:

**

• Proven experience troubleshooting electrical systems, PLCs, drives, motors, and instrumentation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and schematics.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working rotating shifts and in environments requiring respirators and PPE.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must pass a written skills test, drug test, and background check.
