We are looking for a welcoming and organized Receptionist to support daily front desk operations for a hospitality environment in Lexington-Fayette, Kentucky. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact for guests, visitors, and callers while keeping communication flowing smoothly. The role requires a detail-oriented approach, strong phone handling abilities, and a customer-focused mindset in a part-time capacity.

Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and guests promptly, creating a positive first impression at the front desk.
• Manage incoming calls through a multi-line phone system and direct each inquiry to the appropriate contact.
• Handle high volumes of inbound calls with courtesy, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Provide general administrative front desk support to help maintain organized daily operations.
• Take messages clearly and relay information in a timely manner to team members.
• Assist with routine receptionist tasks while maintaining a detail-oriented and service-oriented atmosphere.• Prior experience performing front desk or receptionist-related duties in an office setting.
• Ability to operate a multi-line switchboard or phone system with up to 10 lines.
• Comfortable answering and routing inbound calls throughout the day.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a courteous demeanor.
• Reliable organizational skills with attention to detail when taking messages and managing call flow.
• Availability to work on a part-time schedule as needed.
