Assistant VP of Sales

Job Description

eDOC Innovations a cooperative technology CUSO with over 30 years of delivering digital solutions to credit unions nationwide is seeking an experienced, results-driven AVP of Sales to help lead strategic growth in the credit union space. You'll work closely with the VP of Sales, manage key partner relationships, support marketing efforts, and help close deals that drive our success.What You'll Do:Develop and execute sales strategies and goalsStrengthen relationships with clients, partners, and resellersSupport and help manage sales pipeline and contract negotiationsRepresent eDOC at trade shows and industry eventsPrepare reports and track team performanceMentor and support sales team membersWhat We're Looking For:3–10 years of sales experience (credit union/financial industry a plus)Strong communicator, negotiator, and team leaderCRM experience (Zoho preferred)Bachelor's degree preferredWillingness to travelWhy eDOC InnovationsCompetitive pay and comprehensive benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Short and Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match)Paid holidays and generous Vacation, PTO, and sick time.Professional development opportunities.Work with a team that values innovation, collaboration, and cooperative growth
