Join our Team as a Mover/Helper!
Maher Bros Transfer and Storage is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in Des Moines, IA. As a Mover/Helper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient transport of our customers' belongings.
Responsibilities:- Assist with loading and unloading of household or commercial goods onto trucks
- Pack and unpack items carefully to prevent damage during transportation
- Secure items in the truck using straps and other securing methods
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure a smooth moving process
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies at all times
- Previous experience in the moving industry preferred
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
