Draft standard correspondence, memoranda, and other documents. communities we serve. ? Review and draft discovery requests and response for attorney review. ? Review and redact documents for production, prepare privilege logs, analyze Spotlight on Culture evidence. ? Mentoring Program ? Organize and maintain evidence in paper and electronic formats. ? Professional Development ? Legal research using electronic and traditional methods. ? Establish and maintain calendar and deadline reminder system; utilize master ? Child-Friendly Business Award calendar system. ? Community Engagement Projects ? Set up client files following firm conflict check system. ? Collaborative Environment ? Maintain client files according to established procedures. ? No Jerks Rule ? Assist with trial and administrative hearing preparation. ? Other duties as assigned. Focus on Schools and Community Qualifications: Partnering with school districts, ? ABA approved Paralegal certificate (required). community colleges, cities, counties ? 3+ years of experience (preferably working with public agencies). and all types of public agencies is at ? The posted range represents the full span for the role and does not indicate that every hire will be placed at the top of the range.
