Job Title: STARLIMS Developer / LIMS Engineer

Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid)

Experience: 8 10+ years

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced STARLIMS Developer/LIMS Engineer with 8 10 years of IT experience to develop, customize, and support STARLIMS applications for the State Laboratory for Public Health.
Mandatory Skills

2+ years of hands-on experience with STARLIMS v10/v11/v12 (or equivalent LIMS platform)

5+ years of experience with STARLIMS Scripting Language (SSL)

5+ years of JavaScript / JScript.NET development

5+ years of SQL development (queries, stored procedures)

5+ years of HTML5 UI development

5+ years of SAP Crystal Reports development

5+ years of experience with Microsoft .NET Framework

Experience working with XML

Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle Database

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) experience

Knowledge of laboratory workflows and regulated environments (GMP, GLP, CLIA, ISO 17025)

Experience integrating laboratory instruments using TCP/IP or RS232

Experience with STARLIMS legacy components (XFD Runtime)

Agile/SDLC experience

State Government experience

This is a hybrid position in Raleigh, NC , requiring candidates with strong STARLIMS development expertise and experience supporting laboratory information management systems.
